* Portrait galleries will be sent 2-3 weeks after session date via email. During busier times of the year (senior season or before Christmas, for example), delivery times may be longer. 
* Print orders can be placed online and processing delivery times are dependent on professional printer timelines. Lillian Morse Photography is not responsible for delays in product shipping.
* All images include basic editing. Additional edits can be done by request for an extra fee.
* Many portrait sessions will be located in Uvalda, GA or at location of photographer's choice. Regular portrait sessions are within 20 miles of Uvalda, GA. Locations farther than 20 miles will have a travel fee.

*All packages include web-sized digital images. Web-sized images are perfect for sharing on social media and printing smaller prints, 5x7 and smaller.
* Copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, and print enlargements of any image produced at this photo session. Lillian Morse Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. If the client has an issue with the photos of themselves or their children being shared on social media, please notify the photographer. 

* Clients have the right to reschedule for any reason up to 10 days prior to photo session. Any rescheduling after that will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $50.

* When sharing photos from your photo session on social media, please credit and tag Lillian Morse Photography.
